Offa House

Offa House is a Grade II Listed Building set within the Offchurch Conservation Area and designated Warwickshire Green Belt. MPC successfully secured planning permission for the restoration of Offa House including demolition of C20 extensions, erection of a new kitchen extensions and the erection of 1no. new dwelling within the grounds of the site.
