Kingsview Meadow

Nestled on the boundary of Riverside and Hopwas in the market town of Tamworth, Staffordshire, Kingsview Meadow is a development of 141 dwellings (including the provision of affordable housing and public open space). MPC successfully assisted the landowner in promoting the site as an allocated housing site in the Tamworth Local Plan before assisting the current developer, Maplevale Homes, in securing detailed planning permission.

145 Warwick Road

MPC acted for Kingswood Homes (West Midland Ltd) in securing detailed planning permission for the demolition of an existing dwelling and erection of a new four storey replacement building with 24 apartments in Coventry. The site is located in the Kenilworth Road Conservation Area and in proximity to the Grade II listed King Henry VII School.

High Street

MPC provided the planning policy case to support the successful application for planning permission for the demolition of two existing dwellings and the erection of a replacement building comprising 14 apartments with basement parking, cycle store and amenity space.
