Melbourne Hall Estate

MPC provided the planning and tourism case to support T.V. personality, Johnny Vegas, in establishing planning permission for the relocation of his Field of Dreams vintage vehicle glamping site to Melbourne Hall.

Hall Farm

Hall Farm is a Grade II listed building set within a Leicestershire hamlet. The site has a key location along the Bosworth Battlefield Trail. MPC assisted the land owner in securing planning permission for the change of use of a parcel of farm land to Holiday Let (Sui Generis Use Class) and the siting of two bespoke timber holiday rental units with associated car parking and landscaping.
